Cel mai delicios desert de vara. Tort racoritor din pepene rosu

Fara cuptor incins si fara ore lungi de pregatire. Am gasit cel mai rapid, gustos si racoritor tort pe care il poti pregati vara asta. Cea mai buna parte e ca ai nevoie doar de 4 ingrediente pentru el, rezutatul este spectaculos si apetisant.

Il poti face mai mare sau mai mic, in functie de ocazie si de pepenele pe care il gasesti de cumparat. Este un desert perfect pentru dupa-amiezele fierbinti de vara si are extrem de putine calorii in comparatie cu o prajitura clasica.

Ingrediente (pentru 12 portii)

Timp de pregatire: 30 minute

1 pepene rosu (3-4kg), de preferat dintr-un soi fara samburi
580 ml smantana grasa pentru frisca
50 g sugar
semintele de la 1 pastaie de vanilie
frunze de menta

Method of preparation

Cu un cutit bine ascutit taie capetele pepenelui, astfel incat sa aiba forma unui cilindru.

Curata-l de coaja, inclusiv partea alba, avand grija sa pastrezi forma frumoasa a unui tort rotund. Din capatele taiate scobeste cu un instrument special bilute de miez de pepene.

Bate bine smantana, apoi adauga treptat zaharul si semintele de la pastaia de vanilie. La final vei obtine o frisca dulce si parfumata.

Asaza pepenele curatat pe un platou si tapeteaza-l cu servetele de hartie, astfel incat sa absorbi umiditatea in exces.

Intinde frisca pe toata suprafata pepenelui. Deasupra asaza bilutele scobite mai devreme si decoreaza cu frunze de menta.

Tort cu brânză și fructe fără coacere – un desert racoritor, numai bun pentru zilele călduroase!!

Vă prezentăm o rețetă de tort delicios fără coacere. Este un desert cremos și aromat, ce se prepară într-un timp record. Crema fină de brânză, biscuiții dulci și fructele proaspete și aromate oferă o adevărată plăcere pentru papilele gustative. Acest tort va fi îndrăgit atât de maturi, cât și de copii. Poate fi fără ezitare servit la masa de sărbătoare și laudele nu vor întârzia să apară.


– 350 g brânză de vaci cu nivel înalt de grăsime

– 30 g de gelatină în granule

Method of preparation

1. Turnați în vasul cu gelatină apă și lăsați-l la temperatura camerei, să se umfle.

2. Treceți brânza de vaci printr-o sită sau redați-i o consistență omogenă cu ajutorul unui robot de bucătărie. Folosiți brânza cu un nivel mai înalt de grăsime. Astfel crema va fi mai fină și mai delicioasă.

3. Frecați brânza cu zahărul și o priză de sare.

4. Adăugați în vasul cu brânză 175 ml de smântână și amestecați bine. Apoi, adăugați încă 175 ml și iarăși amestecați.

5. Încălziți puțin gelatina și amestecați. Aceasta poate fi încălzită la baia de aburi sau în cuptorul cu microunde. În nici un caz nu lăsați amestecul să fiarbă. Astfel, gelatină își va pierde proprietățile și nu va putea fi folosită.

6. Adăugați gelatina în vasul cu brânză și amestecați folosind un robot de bucătărie.

7. Spălați fructele și tăiați-le felii subțiri (de cel mult 5 mm). La dorință, puteți folosi alte fructe, decât cele indicate în rețetă. Folosiți orice fructe preferate.

8. Tapetați o formă de copt sau o tavă cu hârtie.

9. Turnați în formă puțină crema de brânză. Aranjați un strat de fructe.

10. Acoperiți fructele cu un strat de cremă de brânză.

11. Aranjați un strat de biscuiți, cât mai dens. Folosiți biscuiții preferați.

12. Acoperiți biscuiții cu un strat de cremă. Alternați astfel celelalte straturi. Ordinea acestora nu este strictă. Important este ca atât stratul de fructe, cât și cel de biscuiți să fie neapărat acoperit cu cremă. De altfel, sucul fructelor va înmuia biscuiții.

13. Ultimul strat este constituit din fructe.

14. Dați tortul la frigider pentru 10-15 minute.

15. Pregătiți glazura: turnați într-un vas frișca și adăugați ciocolată ruptă bucăți mai mici. Încălziți amestecul și amestecați, până ciocolata se va topi. O puteți face atât la o baie de aburi, cât și în cuptorul cu microunde.

Tort festiv cu lamaie

Mai este putin pana la sarbatorile de iarna si, nu stiu de voi, dar eu sunt in cautare de retete (raw)vegane pentru aceasta perioada.

Anul trecut am facut revelionul impreuna cu niste prieteni non-vegetarieni si, asa cum se stie, calea catre inima lor este prin deserturi raw delicioase si racoritoare. Drept pentru care am pregatit un tort de lamaie si lime, cu glazura de ciocolata.

Fiind prima data cand il pregateam, am folosit aceleasi ingrediente pentru a crea o prajitura si a testa reteta. Iat-o.


Crema de lamaie

  • 500 g caju
  • 3 lamai
  • 3 lime (lamai verzi)
  • 5 linguri miere
  • 50 g unt cacao

Glazura de ciocolata

Method of preparation:

  • Curmalele se lasa la inmuiat 8 ore, apoi li se scot samburii si se baga la robot pana devin o pasta omogena. Semintele si migdalele se rasnesc pana devin faina, care se framanta apoi cu pasta de curmale pana ce se incorporeaza. Se intinde intr-o forma de tort cu pereti detasabili.
  • Cajuul se rasneste pana devine faina, apoi se amesteca bine cu mierea. Separat se storc lamaile galbene si cele verzi. Daca sunt din cultura bio, puteti rade coaja in crema pentru un plus de aroma. Untul de cacao se topeste pe baie de aburi, pe calorifer sau in deshidrator (pana in 40 de grade) si se adauga in crema de lamaie, amestecand pana la omogenizare. Se toarna crema peste blat si se da la congelator. Cand s-a intarit, pregatim glazura.
  • Mierea se amesteca pana la omogenizare cu praful de cacao, apoi se adauga in fir subtire untul topit in acelasi fel ca si pentru crema, amestecand cu ustensile de lemn. Se toarna peste tort si se da la congelator.
  • Tortul trebuie scos cu 1-2 ore inainte de consum si lasat la temperatura camerei. Pentru a nu se sparge glazura, se taie folosind un cutit cu lama incalzita.

Tortul este foarte fin, delicios si racoritor. I-a cucerit instantaneu pe prietenii mei!
