Mix the chopped spinach with the yolks. Cream.
Mix the flour with the baking soda and baking powder and add them to the composition.
Season to taste with salt and pepper
Mix the egg whites with a pinch of salt and then add them to the composition, mixing gently with a spatula.
Put baking paper in the stove tray, pour the composition and bake the dough at 180 degrees C, about 15 minutes, until lightly browned.
Remove the dough with baking paper on a damp towel and roll lightly. Leave it like this until you prepare the filling.
Mix cream cheese with soft butter, sour cream and salt and pepper to taste.
Add red onions and diced kapia pepper.
Mix with a spatula and spread the cream over the sheet of dough.
Roll gently and put the roll in plastic wrap, then in aluminum foil and leave it in the fridge for 2-3 hours to harden, then slice it.
