We really like fish soup in the same way. I try different combinations. This pea is tasty, healthy and beautifully colored.
- 1 kg pieces of fresh carp
- 1 gogosar
- 1 onion
- 1 hot pepper
- 1 lemon
- 1 cup green peas
- 1 cup smanatna
- 1 link green parsley
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 2-3 tablespoons of rice
- 4 tablespoons oil
- salt

Preparation time: less than 30 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Carp soup with peas and sour cream:
- The carp pieces are washed and boiled for 10 minutes in salted water.
- The vegetables are cleaned and washed.
- Finely chop the donut, onion and parsley stalks and fry in oil.
- Strain the liquid from the fish and place it over the vegetables.
- Add green peas and rice and basil.
- After 10 minutes, turn off the heat and straighten the soup with sour cream, sliced lemon and chopped green parsley.
- Taste and salt if necessary.
- Put pieces of fish in the soup.
- Good appetite !!!
