We really like fish soup in the same way. I try different combinations. This pea is tasty, healthy and beautifully colored.

  • 1 kg pieces of fresh carp

  • 1 onion
  • 1 hot pepper
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 cup green peas
  • 1 cup smanatna
  • 1 link green parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 2-3 tablespoons of rice
  • 4 tablespoons oil

RECIPE PREPARATION Carp soup with peas and sour cream:


  1. The carp pieces are washed and boiled for 10 minutes in salted water.

  2. The vegetables are cleaned and washed.
