Peel an onion and finely chop.
Peel a squash, grate it and slice it.
Wash the tomatoes and cut them into cubes.
Put the oil in a saucepan and cook the onion and pepper for 4-5 minutes.
Add the meat and a glass of water.
Sprinkle with vegeta, pepper and simmer for 15-20 minutes over medium heat.
Add the chopped tomatoes and tomato paste and cook for another 10 minutes.
Add the chopped greens, mix, season with salt and leave for 2-3 more minutes.
It doesn't decrease much because it also sucks pasta.
Leave to cool.
Boil the pasta in salted water for 7-8 minutes and pour into a sieve and drain.
Do not boil at all so that it does not soften and no longer stays in the tube.
Wallpaper a tray with baking paper (you need a bowl 3-4 cm higher than rigatoni.
Put the rigatoni pasta in the tray, standing next to each other until it is full.
Sprinkle a little cheese.
Put the sauce made on top, insisting that it enters the tubes as well.
Place the two slices of cheese on top and cover well with grated cheese.
Place in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until nicely browned on top.
I put the pasta and the remaining sauce in a bowl greased with butter, sprinkled cheese on top and put them in the oven. They were good.
Remove from the oven, leave for 10 minutes and remove from the pan.
