Upgrade this tropical rum cocktail with a scoop of coconut sorbet.
- 2 oz Banks 5-Island rum
- 1 oz Fresh pineapple juice
- 1/2 oz Fresh lime juice
- 1 scoop Ciao Bella coconut sorbetto
- Garnish: dried coconut flakes
Add all the ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice.
Shake, and strain into a chilled rocks or coupe glass or a coconut shell.
Garnish with dried coconut flakes.
