  • soy sauce
  • thyme
  • oil

RECIPE PREPARATION Fried carp with thyme and curry (C .C.C.):

the carp is cleaned and portioned

season with salt, curry, pepper, paprika, thyme seeds, and sprinkle with soy sauce and lemon.

fry in oil and serve hot with fresh vegetables and lemon.
