In a bowl 250 g of sugar rub with 5 yolks, add 1 tablespoon of cold water and 4 more tablespoons of cold water, flour. Whisk the egg whites with 4-5 sachets of vanilla sugar and add over the mixture in the bowl. The composition is poured into a well-greased tray lined with flour or into a tray in which I put baking paper. Place the fruit on top and place in the oven. I cut the banana into slices and put it on top after removing the tart from the oven.
